Say goodbye to tangles, oil, skin salts, and other debris or contaminants. Nichrome 90 is an alloy consisting of 90% Nickel, and 10% Chromium. It is ideally suited as a resistance wire heating alloy, with lower resistance than that of Nichrome 80 due to it’s slightly higher nickel content. It has a high melting point and fantastic resistance to high temperature oxidation. This alloy offers superior service life compared to other Nichrome wire types due to the excellent adhesion properties of its surface oxide. Typical applications include:

i love the fact that you can build LARGE coils without increasing the ohms! i actually LOVE the wire and find it easier to use! it feels almost thinner than ni80 and more flexible.i must say that the coils i build are actually probably the best that i have EVER BUILT! cant wait to get back into building aliens when i get some time! im sure that this wire will build some amazing aliens! at first i will admit that it was pretty unusual to build with and a little bit unstable but after the first messed up build the wire made perfect coils!

I have used Kanthal for 5 years and honestly was tired of it. I have used Stainless Steel and it’s a little better. But after getting turned on to Nichrome 80 I was happy with the performance. But when I saw Nichrome 90 and got a 50 foot roll I returned in a week to get 100 feet more and 250 of 36 to Clapton my wire. Best wire to date for me.

Great alloy and quality. This alloy is the softest Ive worked with and not very springy at all. Resistance is low so you may want to put an extra wrap on your finished coils if youre using multiple core wires. I love the 36 gauge for aliens because its so much softer than the 316L I normally use and you dont have have to pinch the decore very hard while fusing if you under stretch or use no stretch method. The only negative I could point out is that you will probably need to use a slider of some sort to keep multicore builds parallel because its so soft that it likes to triangle.

If you like ni80 but want lower resistance this is the wire to get. Its very low resistance lower than ss316l closer to ss304. Im getting great flavor and instant ramp up on tricore aliens. Great wire and well spooled this is worth trying but I wish they carried it in 27g

First time ni90 user. Im really impressed with flavor ramp up time and the spooling quality from LV. This wire was meant for mech mods with the instant ramp up but I find its just as good on regulated mods too. This wire is quite low resistance a lot of apps dont list it but from testing it the closest metal to it is SS304. Its actually slightly lower than that. Ex. 3×2836 sfc 5 wrap 3mm .095 (dual coil)
