The purpose of hybrid wire is to either fortify the existing properties of a particular alloy, or to combine properties of multiple alloys. We offer many hybrid wire configurations including Kanthal A1, Nichrome 80, Nichrome 90, Stainless Steel 316L, and various combinations of each.

    Longest lasting & best flavor

    Excellent value! I cut the entire roll into 3.5 rods for ease and speed for when I need to rebuild. I got like 90 coils out of this roll! It has been 2 weeks so far with just a quick dry burn rinse under running water pulse dry and rewick. There appears to be no degradation at this time. IMPRESSIVE! Thanks for quality products at a fair price that is shipped quickly. Not to mention the surprise of having a complimentary pair of flush cutting pliers in my first order. I will no longer use any other wire supplier! I have found the best! I have not received any form of compensation for this review.

    SS Clapton Wire 28x240

    I ordered a 25 roll of some Clapton wire and upon receiving it noticed that the 40ga outer wrap was loose to the point of being unable to wrap a coil correctly. I contacted Mr. Hansen and he responded in a matter of 34 hours and replaced the loose wire with a roll of tightly wrapped wire. This is the first time Ive ordered from them so I cant speak on any of the other products but I feel safe in saying that on the chance you do receive a defective product they will take care of it quickly and get you where you need to be. Ill order from here again and feel safe recommending others to do the same.

    Inferior wire

    Been buying wire here for awhile now quality has gone way downhill. Clapton wire is not wrapped tightly enough comes unwound when trying to wrap a coil. Wire is often dirty as well. Wire gauges are off in clapton wire coil resistance never what its supposed to be. Just sloppy overall better off buying China company wire spools.
