I use 28core 36 wrap stainless then twist 2 together until near snap with 2,3 wraps per coil, nice clean wire

I usually take the time to build my own coils but when I don’t have time, these are my go to. Nicely wrapped fuse with good quality wire. Trick is slightly preheating and not fully allowing to glow with this SS wire.

Been using this company for my needs for a long time, since before the company name change. I've been loyal because there is no reason to look any further. Wire Optim has everything I need, with the service that's top notch! 3-4 mm coils 5-6 wraps good to go! I can depend on Wire Optim to deliver the the wire I've come custom too. Very good wire, and very happy I bought it. Will definitely buy different variations in the future. Ramp up time is great, heats up evenly. If you're on the fence, just decide what spool you want, and go for it. Will last you a good while! Snaps and crackles, awesome stuff.
Ive been using WireOptim for years. The wire makes great coils and I don't have to do it myself.
To preface: Been purchasing Wire Optim / AVS spools & coils for 10+ yrs. They work great in most of my 50+ devices. Example: Great in SC devices. Very noisy (snap / crackle / pop) in QP devices. Have not had this issue with other Manufacturers. I use Cotton Bacon Prime in 90% of my builds. My (go to) source for wire spools / coils is Wire Optim. Just have be aware of which device I am using. Wire Optim has great customer service / fast ship processing / good packaging. Sooo ... Heads Up Wire Optim ... I hope you will take note.
Good wire, correct shipping but made a mistake with the gauges. Since the end product is very thick and NI90 being very conductive, it's hard to "tame" the resistance for my purpose. Will pay more attention to the "structure" of the wire next time around.
