I appreciate fast delivery. I was happy to get 15 off my return customer discount. I ordered 1000 of Kanthal A1 wire. For my application use I would have been much happier if the 1000 didnt come in 100 spools. Would have much more preferred more on the spool because I will end up wasting 40 feet on each roll.....which is 40 of what I ordered unless I can find another application to use it in.
The wire is what you expect. What you dont expect is the top notch service. In short USPS somehow lost the package from it being picked up to it going to the mail truck. USPS offered no recourse. Sean sent me a new roll next day. Not really necessary as I only live a county north but that is the kind of touch more business needs.
