We will pre-stretch every unit which leaves our facility, and every unit should have accurate measurement capabilites upon arrival. That said, environment temperature while product is in transit may affect the accuracy of the rulers before the product reaches you. Please double check the measurements with a ruler or tape measure before using in any production environment. It is recommended to use the included no-residue adhesive strips to set the mat in place once accuracy has been ensured.
