I ordered the 27 gauge kanthal wire to get a slightly higher resistants for my alien coil builds. With the 27 gauge (instead the 26 I usually use) it becomes a little harder to keep the 3 wires perfectly parallel to each other but its worth the effort to me. hi Guys yeah I tried the 31 AWG and it improved the performance of my kanga 1000 pass thru was better with flavor wicks but it consistently gave a Ohm of 1.501.75 which was a nice throat hit and not any hotter gona buy that again

As always great service at a great price. Only 4 stars on this 31 gauge Kanthal because the resistance seems to be .4.5 ohms different each time I build a coil with it. I am using it to rebuild my kanger single coils with a 6 wrap spaced coil wicked with cotton. Havent used much of the spool yet so perhaps it will get more consistent further into the spool. I cant complain though. My mod just adjusts the wattage to suit. I will update this review if this wire gets more consistent results.
