WireOptim wire is perfect clean wire and the resistance values are dead on when making and burning your coils. It is my favorite wire for dual coil. I do 3mm 7 wraps and it works perfect. You might get a little better performance with aliens or framed stapled what ever, but the cost factor is so high with buying them vs this, that the difference to me is not worth it. It is a very very small difference if any. I get a ton of coils from the 25 foot spools, and they last a good long time, I probably rewick a set 2-5 times, and they could usually go longer before I change them. The only thing I would like to see more of is some higher gauge outer wrap options in spools if they can get the outer wrap tight enough. These a pretty close to perfect and I have bought many spools of it, and they are always good.

The 2838 is absolutely amazing 3.03.5id 56 wraps for single coil setups that flow somewhere between say 3.74.2v. Super clean. Suuuper clean. I ordered a 25 roll of some Clapton wire and upon receiving it noticed that the 40ga outer wrap was loose to the point of being unable to wrap a coil correctly. I contacted Mr. Hansen and he responded in a matter of 34 hours and replaced the loose wire with a roll of tightly wrapped wire. Been buying wire here for awhile now quality has gone way downhill. Clapton wire is not wrapped tightly enough comes unwound when trying to wrap a coil. Wire is often dirty as well. Wire gauges are off in clapton wire coil resistance never what its supposed to be. Just sloppy overall better off buying China company wire spools.

The ss clapton coil works great! If the charts confuse you like they confused me just check the resistance of the center wire (in ohmsfoot). The resistance of the outer wire has little effect. Its just there to dissipate heat evenly (larger surface area).

This is a top quality product. Very fast ramp up and dissipation of heat. If you want clapton wire for a 24 or 25mm tankdripper I would suggest going for the 2436 as this wire is a bit too thin. It works really well in 22mm tanksdrippers. The customer service with lightning vapes is exceptional. I love the 36 guage kanthal wrapped around 24 guage Stainless wire. It has great flavor and vapor production I generally only use it in wattage mode as Im not really a fan of temp control. I use it on my Smok H Priv mod which automaticaly locks the initial resistance in both wattage and temp mode most other mods will likely change the resistance on this wire as it heats up. Overall this is my favorite wire to use.

I got the Kanthal core fused Claptons and so far they are really well done just as good as what you see some of the best builders make. Price is ridiculously cheap especially when you consider that you dont have to put forth the effort to make the wire yourself. Will never make my own Clapton wire again. The only issue with the fused wire is that they dont take the time to straight out every twist that will happen when you make the wire but that just means I have to wrap more carefully not a big deal at all.

Well since it is not my first Clapton order with Lighning Vaoes I guess everyone gets the drift. Most companies sell the 2632 and so on but I love the 2636 combination for my tanks for instance. A the wire gives me a lot more room to play with to install the coil on the deck and B say what you want but the taste is a lot better as well. Its a more condenced smooth flavour. I ordered pretty much every combination of Clapton wire from Lighning Vapes and each has its special use for me. Love it. But as I said this observation was kinda obvious by my intro. Oh did I mention I used to make my own Clapton wire ? And I was actually pretty good at it. Fact is not as good as these guys manage to get it done. Its not just the convenience to me is what Im trying to say that makes me purchase this wire its the best.

First off I LOVE LV!! I dont order wire from anywhere else unless its SS. This spool was a disaster however. Each time I cut some off to make a coil I spend at least as much time untwisting it flattening it and straightening it back out as I would just making my own. I bought this for the same reason everyone else does…supposedly simple to use and not have to make it myself. The only pro on it is that it isnt filthy. When I dry fire it it doesnt put off tons of smelly machine oil or black fingers from working it flat and untwisting it.

This wire is incredible. The outer wraps are very tight making it as easy to work with as Sean demonstrates in the video. I built a 5 wrap 2.5mm ID 36k26k single core 0.67ohm coil for a Subtank mini. At 30W it practically shotguns the vapor with only a very light draw. Massive clouds and the best flavor of any coil Ive ever built. Lightning Vapes really nailed it with this Clapton wire.
