This is the perfect wire. It already being annealed. That means heat treated. So when you burn in your coils. You get little to no color change in the wire. Especially if you clean the wire with denatured alcohol first. Making it clean. Free of oil from your fingers. You get coils that turn a goldfish hue. They don’t turn black after the burn in. Well….Im a bit snobby about the quality of my wire. I try to avoid Chinesium and will even wait for Sandvik sourced kanthal from Scandinavia. I have tried different companies stainless wire and I kept coming back to lightning vapes wire. I use to only use Ti for my mod but have since moved on to SS for its versatility being able to handle pwr and tc. I have been building my own coils for almost a year now since those premade ones would only last me about 2 weeks. At the cost of those premades I am able to buy hundreds of meters of raw wire and twist my own up. Not only is it cheaper but it allows me to explore my own abilities of creating different type of coils. I just started to make my own claptons and fused claptons. Personally I enjoy 316SS over Kanthal or Nichrome as core wire for claptons. Better flavor which is subjective. Its very bendy if that makes sense. Also the resistance jumps on stainless steel when its heated so if you dont have a ohm lock on your TC control youd be better off using it in wattage mode.

I bought this wire hoping to convert some of my rebuildables to a temp controlwatt mode hybrid and i did it my current favorite is my DigiFlavor Fuji RTAGTA with 9 wraps of stainless steel around a 3.5mm bit comes in to about 0.14 ohms after its been pinched and strummed and it vapes perfectly i can run TC or VW and it gives good flavor great clouds and no metallic taste.

Great clean wire for a great price. Use caution when using a new spool of wire making sure you use the correct end. Ive messed up 2 new spools of wire by using the wrong end. Wish they would mark the correct end to use with the thinner guage wire like 38 40awg

Im loving this wire ite not only producing a much better flavor but is easily coiled holds its shape works great on TV mode and I can get enormous cloud production using a single wire which also can be run at lower power settings saving battery power tremendously Im mechanix there is a saying KISS Keep It Simple Stupid which simply means the simpler a design is the better it will perform Im using a Jaybo RX 200S mod with a Billow v3 RBTA using a 3.5 mm build with a 56 wrap and Im getting outstanding flavor amazing cloud productionwhile not drawing my batteries so often its a win win!!! Bought (3) rolls of 23awg 26awg and 34awg 316L Stainless wire and (1) roll of the premade 316L Clapton wire 24awg36awg. Lightning Vapes is the best! The clapton wire they put together is amazing quality the stainless is as smooth and tastes as pure as I have ever had. Used to temp control only on Ni200 but wasnt a fan of the taste now with TcR modes you can set your TcR to .00092 .0087 (though .00092 is what the chart gives for 316L ive had success with that range) and not only do the new mods run better but they wont dry hit with the stainless wire. I also bought some of the V2.0 Cotton Bacon and a new coil jig set. Placed my order on a Sunday night received it in the upper northeast by Wednesday! I will buy all my wire and accessories from LV from now on. Keep up the great work guys.

First time using SS316L wire. Id heard how crisp and clean the flavor was figured Id try it didnt notice a difference. Flavor was the same as any kanthal build. The issue I had was that the resistance kept changing on me. I built it for 0.4 ohms but it would go as high as 0.62 and as low as 0.28. I tried everything to diagnose it nothing worked. Put a kanthal build in didnt have an issue. I wont buy it again Ill just stick with kanthal.

Just bought a 50 spool of the 28AGW 316L for some builds in a few of my smaller attys and I continue to be impressed by just how well this wire holds up. I put a dual coil build in my tugboat v2 using a 332 drill bit at 10 wraps per side and I cannot believe the difference it makes. I thought that Kanthal and Nichrome were the way to go with my proverbial throwback attys but I was right to use SS 316L! Flavor cannot be beat! Also put in a single parallel build on my Freakshow Mini using 8 wraps around a 332 drill bit and I found one killer flavor chasing atty! Like using this wire for lower resistance builds for a few reasons. First I get more wraps per coil over Kanthal for example which provides more wire surface area on the wick for enhanced vapor production. Second ramp up time is quite fast in comparison to Kanthal and Nichrome. Third SS wire is easy to work with and wraps nicely around a mandrel.

Gone are the days of Kanthal Nichrome Nickel and Titanium builds. I just received a 50 spool of 24g 316L SS wire yesterday and I am in love! The cleanest flavor of any wire Ive ever tried by far. Running a 10 wrap dual contact coil at 75 watts on my Kbox 200 and it comes in at around 0.21 ohms on a 18th drill bit. I can run it in temp control just as easy. As far as precise temp control SS is the way to go. For temp control purposes an 8 wrap spaced dual coil around a 18th drill bit is out of this world! Strawberry Stratus on temp control is absolutely the bomb! Will absolutely buy this wire again. Thank you Lightningvapes.com for offering this truly amazing wire.
